Job summary

Cisco-Eagle, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician – Conveyor & Electrical Systems to service material handling equipment in Coppell, TX. The role is full-time and on-site, requiring troubleshooting, parts procurement, documentation, and customer communication.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, support installations, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule for our 24-hour service line. Benefits include ESOP, 401(k), medical insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• Field Service experience required.
• Maintenance on industrial/material handling equipment.
• Electrical experience (220VAC & 24VDC) preferred.
• Welding ability a plus.
• Able to work independently and also collaborate with CEI techs, subcontractors, or install crews.
• Comfortable with Windows-based software and using a computer for diagnostics/documentation.
• Clear written communication; paperwork completed on time.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on material handling equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical & electrical systems (motors, photo eyes, limit switches, E-stops, etc.).
• Identify and procure parts needed to complete service/maintenance.
• Communicate clearly with customers before, during, and after work; secure approvals as needed.
• Document work: complete work orders, customer forms, POs, timecards, and related paperwork accurately and on time.
• Promote services: identify opportunities with existing customers; provide literature and basic proposals.
• Maintain your service vehicle: routine maintenance, inventory/supplies, cleanliness.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for our 24-hour service line.
• Support installations of new or used material handling systems as needed.
