Job summary

The role blends inside/outside sales duties with repair quotes and ongoing project coordination. The base salary ranges from $65,000 to $90,000 per year, with additional commission based on performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Industrial service, technical product sales, or rotating equipment exposure is a plus.
• Degree or technical cert in business/engineering preferred but not required.
• Equivalent industry experience considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude.
• Able to manage multiple requests, quotations and active jobs.
• Willingness to travel within the region.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with industrial customers.
• Conduct customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
• Prepare repair estimates and replacement quotes for equipment.
• Follow up on quotes, track repairs, and coordinate with shop and inside sales.
• Provide timely customer updates and solutions.
• Source pricing and availability with manufacturers and vendors.
