  • Maintain order-level visibility and ownership to go live.
  • Generate insights and workflow changes through metrics, dashboards, and live analysis.
  • Own end-to-end external peering communication during provisioning lifecycle with providers to meet SLAs.
  • Hold key customer meetings to manage expectations and prioritise deployment orders.
  • Conduct partner meetings to ensure SLAs are met across the process.

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure, supporting all AWS data centers and the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that keep the cloud running. The AWS GCNA Internet Edge team seeks a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to support internet capacity provisioning and related activities across cross‑functional projects, driving the stability and sustainability of next‑generation IP networks and delivering capacity ahead of demand.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Work directly with technical business development peers.
  • Develop trust‑based relationships with deployment key stakeholders.
  • Lead deployments at order and circuit level, coordinating physical provisioning and logical provisioning to move circuits to operational status.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, improve processes, automate tasks, and partner with cross‑functional teams to develop new solutions.
  • Maintain order‑level visibility and ownership to go live.
  • Generate actionable insights and workflow changes through metrics, dashboards, and deep live analysis.
  • Own end‑to‑end external peering communication during the provisioning lifecycle, managing and following up with external providers to meet customer SLAs.
  • Hold key customer meetings to manage expectations and prioritize deployment orders.
  • Conduct key partner meetings with data center or business development teams to ensure SLAs are met across the process.
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
  • Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (network, data center, hardware, software).
  • Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with layer 1 and layer 2 network protocols and effective troubleshooting across physical infrastructure.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP and other networking protocols.
  • CCNA/JNCIA certification preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: 127,100.00–171,900.00 USD annually. Amazon package includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and location. Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D, supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
