Job summary

Avetta is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead technical implementation projects focused on SSO configuration and API integrations. You will coordinate internal and external resources from requirements through go-live, acting as the technical SME for the Implementation Team and advising customers on complex setups.

The role requires 3–5 years in a client-facing technical implementation or PM role, plus hands-on SSO and API experience.

Qualifications

3–5 years in a client-facing technical implementation or project management role.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
Hands-on with SSO technologies (SAML, OIDC) or similar.
Experience with API-based integrations and custom integrations.
Experience with Jira and Confluence.
Strong SaaS delivery and client management knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salesforce experience or certification.
Experience with analytics and reporting tools.
Familiarity with localization for global implementations.
Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of customer technical implementation projects, focusing on SSO configuration and API integrations.
Manage scope, timelines, and change control to ensure on-time delivery.
Gather and document client requirements; propose best-practice solutions.
Provide regular project status updates to leadership and customers.
Serve as SME on technical solutions for customers during implementation.
Guide customers through technical decisions and key considerations.
