Job summary

Avantor is seeking a skilled B2B Technical Project Manager to lead customer integration initiatives and shape scalable B2B integration solutions across Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes. You will partner with customers and internal teams to translate requirements into practical, scalable integrations and help guide Avantor's future-state integration strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of technical project management and B2B integrations.
• Experience with multiple stakeholder management.
• Experience with customer eProcurement platforms such as Ariba Network, JAGGAER, Hubwoo, Coupa, Oracle SN, Unimarket, Perfect Commerce, ExpenseWatch, ESM or similar.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical liaison for B2B integration initiatives.
• Lead customer integration projects from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Develop and improve standardized B2B integration procedures.
• Analyze processes and recommend improvements.
• Manage project plans, deliverables, and timelines.
• Identify risks and coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain project documentation and status updates.
