Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager, Technical Implementation Services to lead the professional services delivery for client integrations. You will own end-to-end technical delivery, partner with Solutions Architects on pre-sale scoping, and ensure scalable, high-quality outcomes across a growing customer base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical implementation, solutions architecture, systems integration, or professional services.
• At least 3 years in a people leadership role managing multiple teams or leads.
• Experience designing and delivering complex integrations (REST API, webhooks, SaaS) in legal tech or similar.
• Strong technical fluency to engage with engineers and data specialists without coding.
• Track record of building post-sale technical teams in fast-growing environments.
• Experience aligning delivery with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the technical services teams, setting structure and career development.
• Own end-to-end delivery strategy for customer integrations with CMS and practice management tools.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate customer needs into roadmap requests.
• Establish dashboards and processes to monitor health, timelines, and utilization.
• Drive adoption of tooling and best practices to scale delivery and reduce manual work.
• Manage vendor relationships related to integration infrastructure and tooling.
