Job summary

EvenUp in the United States is seeking an Integration Specialist to drive system-to-system integrations between EvenUp and customer case management systems. You will manage setup, configuration, and maintenance, leading multiple onboarding projects with agile methods (Kanban, Jira) and strong technical and customer management skills.

You will work with SQL/JSON, API mapping, and iPaaS tools (Workato preferred; Zapier/Tray.io/MuleSoft also valued).

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience delivering integrations for SaaS or related delivery
• Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms and data mapping using SQL/JSON
• Experience with agile processes to manage and deliver customer outcomes

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent customer integration onboarding projects coordinating with customer teams and EvenUp internal collaborators
• Configure and manage API-based integrations using configuration modules and technical skills (SQL/JSON) for data mapping
• Develop and refine setup procedures for new and existing integrations as they are developed and go into production
• Track customer project status and health to ensure efficient engagement and a great customer experience
• Lead customer communications for integration onboarding projects
