ADP Workforce Suite/ Workforce Implementation Consultant
Job Purpose:
As a Workforce Suite Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the successful planning, coordination, configuration, and implementation of ADP Workforce Suite / Workforce Software (WFS) solutions.
This role works closely with clients, internal teams, and project stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop effective solutions, and ensure project goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities:
- Support Workforce Suite implementations from planning through completion.
- Gather client requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence, and workforce management modules.
- Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
- Coordinate resources to keep projects on schedule.
- Assess existing configurations and identify optimization opportunities.
- Support integrations with payroll, HR/HCM, ERP, and other systems.
- Develop and perform testing, including SIT, UAT, regression, and parallel testing.
- Resolve configuration issues and support defect resolution.
- Support data validation, deployment, go-live, and stabilization.
- Communicate project updates and status to clients and stakeholders.
- Provide knowledge transfer and client support.
- Travel to client sites as needed, approximately 15%.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience working with ADP time products, specifically ADP Workforce Suite / Workforce Software (WFS), and a 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Hands-on experience with workforce management implementations, configuration, optimization, or related consulting projects.
- Strong understanding of Time & Attendance and/or Scheduling functionality.
- Experience with workforce management processes, including overtime, premiums, shifts, scheduling, and attendance policies.
- Understanding of integrations between workforce management, payroll, HCM, ERP, and related platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a client-facing consulting environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think independently and make sound, timely decisions.
