SpendHQ is seeking a Technical Implementation Architect to act as the client-facing technical authority during enterprise implementations and pre-sales discovery. You will collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, Security, Product, Engineering, and Data Integration teams to align architectures with SpendHQ’s product capabilities and roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, with data integrations or spend management.
• Ability to speak credibly with client IT teams and articulate architecture.
• Experience in technical delivery, architecture, and enterprise implementation.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales: explain architecture, data flows, security, and integration options to prospects.
• Implementation: configure API, SSO, and related connections with client teams.
• Ongoing: create reusable playbooks, share guidance across teams, and influence product feedback.
• Coach teams to handle technical conversations and reduce escalation.
