Job summary

Sika is seeking a Technical Service Representative for the Flooring Target Market in the United States. You will provide high-quality technical support to customers, contractors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, conduct jobsite evaluations, and document field findings.

This role requires travel nationwide and collaboration on product trials, training, and documentation. The ideal candidate has a technical degree and 3–5 years of field service experience in resinous flooring or related

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, construction management, business, or related discipline preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• Minimum 3–5 years of technical service, field support, flooring, coatings, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, contractors, applicators, distributors, sales personnel, and internal teams regarding Sika flooring products and installation practices.
• Conduct jobsite visits to evaluate substrate conditions and review installation procedures; support field trials and troubleshooting.
• Document conditions, collect relevant information, and support timely resolution of quality incidents and complaints.
