Job summary

Sika Corporation is seeking a Technical Service Representative for the Flooring Target Market. The role is based near a major airport and involves national travel to support customers, contractors, and sales teams with product recommendations, jobsite assessments, and technical training.

You will document findings, support field trials, and contribute to training programs while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and compliance with safety and quality policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, construction management, business, or related discipline preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• 3–5 years of technical service, field support, flooring, coatings, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, contractors, applicators, distributors, sales personnel, and internal teams regarding Sika flooring products and installation practices.
• Conduct jobsite visits to evaluate substrate conditions and review installation procedures.
• Assist with complaint investigations, field evaluations, and reporting to support timely resolution.
• Support product trials, field tests, and new product introductions with Technical Services, Sales, Product Management, and R&D.
• Prepare technical reports, site visit summaries, complaint documentation, and warranty information.
