Sika Corporation, headquartered in Lyndhurst, NJ, seeks a Technical Service Representative for Flooring to provide high-quality technical support, jobsite evaluations, and product recommendations. You will work with customers, contractors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, traveling nationally as needed to support trials and training.

Qualifications

• Experience providing technical service in flooring, coatings, or related construction products.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills for site visits, trials, and warranty information.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers, contractors, applicators, distributors, sales personnel, and internal teams regarding Sika flooring products, systems, applications, and installation practices.
• Conduct jobsite visits to evaluate substrate conditions, review installation procedures, support mock-ups, assist with troubleshooting, and provide field recommendations.
• Assist with complaint investigations, field evaluations, and Quality Incident Reports by documenting conditions, collecting information, communicating findings, and supporting resolution.
• Deliver technical training programs, product demonstrations, contractor education sessions, and hands-on workshops in coordination with teams.
