Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in utility transmission, distribution, substations, field engineering, testing, maintenance, construction, or related operations.
• Training or instructional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze job tasks with field personnel and supervisors to determine training needs and program content.
• Effectively implement training programs and field quality audit programs.
• Supervise, direct and instruct trainees during classroom, hands-on and on-the-job training assignments.
• Evaluate trainee performance during training and follow up via field visits and refresher training.
• Provide updates and incorporate new procedures and revisions into training programs; coordinate with vendors, technical experts, engineers, and field personnel.
