Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical school diploma; equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, sheet metal, or technical service preferred.
• Knowledge of electronics, wiring, mechanics, hydraulics, software, or CNC equipment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and drafting/modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Support customers on-site and remotely with troubleshooting and repairs.
• Act as a technical resource for TRUMPF machines and operations.
• Use remote diagnostics and support tools to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with applications, engineering, production, and other teams.
• Provide customer training on machine operation and basic repair tasks.
• Document service work clearly, including reports and safety records.
• Manage tools, equipment, vehicle, and parts inventory.
• Travel as needed, including overnight and weekends.
