Job summary

Miltenyi Biotec is seeking a sales professional to drive instrument, service, reagent and consumable sales in a defined territory. The role requires deep market knowledge, technical understanding, and strong selling skills to grow existing and new accounts.

Essential duties include meeting forecasts, developing territory growth plans, identifying leads, and traveling to call on customers, perform demos, and troubleshoot. A Ph.D./M.S./B.S.

Qualifications

• Ph.D./M.S./B.S. in life sciences with 2–4 years of sales or research experience.
• Immunology or Molecular Biology background preferred; Ph.D. highly desirable.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to access restricted government accounts.

Responsibilities

• Meet and/or exceed sales forecasts in designated territory.
• Develop and execute territory growth plan with sales management.
• Identify leads and develop plans to convert leads to sales.
• Travel up to 50–75% to call on customers, perform demos, and attend trade shows.
• Develop strong customer relationships to grow Miltenyi Biotec Inc.'s business.
• Research, troubleshoot and provide prompt solutions to customer questions or issues.
• Document interactions in CRM and complete required reports.
• Share market/competitive insights to identify new opportunities and programs.
• Collaborate in shared accounts to grow overall sales.
