Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in biological sciences, cellular therapy, flow cytometry, microscopy/spatial biology, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with cellular therapy/cell and gene therapy, flow cytometry, or microscopy/spatial biology.
• Customer-facing experience in field applications, technical support, or comparable roles is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales team members to understand customer requirements and design appropriate technical solutions.
• Perform onsite and virtual product demonstrations for instruments and applications, including seminars, workshops, and Lunch and Learn sessions.
• Provide technical presentations to support evaluation, selection, and adoption of Miltenyi instruments, reagents, and consumables.
• Contribute to the sales process by identifying applications that fit customer workflows and recommending appropriate Miltenyi products and configurations.
• Act as the primary field technical support for assigned instrument portfolios, providing onsite installation support and initial end-user training.
