The Army National Guard seeks a Technical Engineer to help plan and repair airstrips, docks, barracks, roads, and other facilities. You will gain hands-on construction planning, surveying, and drafting experience while serving part-time.

Training includes Basic and Advanced Individual Training, with paid instruction and tuition assistance, plus a range of benefits. You will work with CAD tools, map interpretation, and geodetic surveys, developing skills transferable to civilian construction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with drafting or CAD is beneficial.
• Ability to interpret maps and plans.

Responsibilities

• Draw topographic maps and charts using CAD.
• Conduct geodetic and construction surveys with survey instruments.
• Provide technical support for construction projects.
