Job summary

NiCE Cognigy is seeking a Technical Enablement Manager to empower partners to design, build, and deliver AI Agents on the Cognigy platform. You’ll run enablement programs, create hands-on labs, and craft clear guidance for complex integrations.

You’ll serve as a go-to technical resource across partner teams, translating product updates into practical guidance and ensuring successful customer implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with APIs and integrations in real-world implementations.
• Familiarity with using context variables and conversation logic in Cognigy.
• Developer mindset with problem-solving through flow logic and/or code.
• Experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Consulting.
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across sales, product, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Enable partners to design, build, and deliver AI Agents using the Cognigy platform.
• Support partner onboarding and ongoing technical readiness through structured enablement and certification paths.
• Deliver technical enablement sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs.
• Support API usage and integrations as part of AI Agent implementations.
• Help partners work effectively with context variables and conversation logic in Cognigy.
• Support partners during demos, proofs of concept, and key partner-led opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Professional Services to align on technical standards and best practices.
• Translate product updates and new features into clear, partner-ready technical guidance.
