Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to empower partners to design, build, and deliver AI Agents on the Cognigy platform. You will provide hands-on technical enablement, work with partner engineers and internal teams, and translate product updates into practical guidance.

You’ll be the go-to technical resource for partners, delivering enablement sessions, workshops, and labs, and helping with JavaScript development, APIs, and webchat integrations.

Qualifications

• Strong JavaScript coding and debugging skills.
• Experience with APIs and integrations in real-world implementations.
• Practical experience using context variables and conversation logic within Cognigy.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for webchat embedding and xApps.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Enable partners to design, build, and deliver AI Agents using the Cognigy platform.
• Support partner onboarding and technical readiness through enablement paths.
• Deliver enablement sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs.
• Assist partners with JavaScript development, debugging, and flow-based logic.
• Support API usage and integrations as part of AI Agent implementations.
• Advise on webchat embedding and xApps using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Professional Services on technical standards.
