Job summary

NiCE Ltd. seeks a Senior Partner Readiness and Enablement Manager to lead cross-functional enablement for partner success and AI readiness initiatives.

You will own the partner training strategy, governance, and rollout across regions, aligning assets with partner needs and ensuring scalable, localized content. You will drive readiness metrics, stakeholder alignment, and post-implementation learnings to continuously improve training quality and impact across the partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partner enablement, partner programs, sales enablement, or program management in B2B SaaS/enterprise software.
• Proven track record building training programs with measurable outcomes (curriculum governance, learning paths, certification, instructor-led delivery).
• Strong operational rigor: prioritization frameworks, stakeholder management, and KPI reporting.
• Ability to package product and services knowledge into partner-ready enablement (playbooks, workshops, labs).
• Cross-functional experience with Product, Professional Services, Sales, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AI COE to run the partner AI readiness program end-to-end with tiered certification and community.
• Own a readiness dashboard showing partner status by country, role, certification, and deployment.
• Build quarterly coverage plan aligning training investment with revenue opportunity and risk.
• Architect modular curriculum for segments (GSI, VAR, BPO, SI) with localization.
• Set partner readiness gates and feed post-implementation findings back into training.
• Tear down silos between PS, Product, and Sales Enablement for tighter handoffs.
• Manage operational engine: calendars, nominations, waitlists, scoring, feedback loops.
• Coordinate certifications and packaging of NICE sales plays for each partner motion.
