CareSource in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead, EES to own technical delivery and governance for Release & Environment Management. You will provide leadership across RM/EM, drive engineering best practices, and ensure scalable, reliable software delivery throughout the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field.
• Five years of systems management and analysis experience.
• Three years of Technology/Architecture leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Cloud technologies experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own technical delivery and governance for Release & Environment Management (RM/EM).
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and direction to ensure scalable and reliable software delivery.
• Lead design reviews, architecture decisions, and code quality assessments.
• Collaborate with product managers to align delivery with business objectives and resources.
• Drive adoption of CI/CD best practices and engineering standards.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
