Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field.
• Five years of systems management and analysis experience.
• Experience in Technology/Architecture leadership preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise with NICE CXone in enterprise contact center environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize team activities based on IT leadership priorities and bandwidth.
• Represent IT in project/business meetings and engagements.
• Improve solution functionality and efficiency with added business value.
• Design, architect, and oversee the development of complex software systems.
• Drive the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Drive AI adoption and deliver AI-enabled capabilities to improve productivity and quality.
• Provide direction and review of work products for quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product managers to prioritize and schedule project deliverables.
