Job summary

CareSource is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead, EES to own technical delivery and management for a defined domain. You will lead cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA to ensure timely, high-quality solutions within scope.

The role requires strong leadership in technology/architecture, Agile delivery, and experience with NICE CXone and Cognigy AI. You will collaborate with vendors and CareSource teams to optimize delivery and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) years of systems management and analysis experience required.
• Three (3) years of Technology/Architecture leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with Agile methodologies required.
• Experience with REST APIs, cloud/SaaS integrations, and production support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own technical delivery and management for a defined domain or platform.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and QA.
• Drive the full development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Establish coding standards and development methodologies within the team.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality and performance.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Mentor and provide direction for technical teams and vendors.
• Drive AI adoption and deliver AI-enabled capabilities within the area.
