Job summary

Egis is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager for our Sacramento, CA office. You will drive delivery strategy across phases from engineering to procurement, leading senior teams on large infrastructure and high-speed rail projects.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering Services, you will coordinate across offices, ensure compliance, and guide complex civil infrastructure initiatives with an emphasis on timely, efficient execution. This is a hybrid US-based role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS in civil engineering or related discipline with 15+ years delivering infrastructure projects including high-speed rail.
• Senior engineering and project development management experience on major high-speed rail projects or programs.
• Proficiency in high-speed rail principles, performance, design criteria and operations/maintenance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Engineering Services in developing the framework for program delivery, including planning, procurement and preconstruction.
• Establish an integrated delivery strategy for engineering, environmental and procurement phases.
• Oversee consultant teams delivering preliminary engineering and environmental documents for civil infrastructure projects.
• Advise executives on permitting, construction compliance, and timely decision making.
