Egis in the U.S. is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager for the Sacramento, CA office to lead delivery strategy across high-speed rail programs.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering Services, you will provide senior oversight of consultant teams delivering preliminary engineering, environmental documents, and major civil infrastructure projects. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, regulatory coordination, and timely decision making to keep projects on track while

Qualifications

• BS in civil engineering or relevant discipline
• 15+ years delivering infrastructure projects of similar size
• Experience in senior engineering and project development roles
• Understanding of high-speed rail technologies and operations

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Engineering Services in program delivery framework
• Establish integrated delivery strategy across engineering, environmental, preconstruction
• Oversee consultant teams delivering preliminary engineering and environmental documents
• Advise executives on permitting and construction compliance matters
• Coordinate input across CAHSR offices and related Engineering Services sections
• Collaborate with Program and System Safety, Rail Operations, and Contracting offices
