Location: Hybrid/In Office in Lehi, Utah or Cedar Park/Round Rock, Texas.
*This role is eligible for REMOTE work; candidates must reside in Utah, Texas, Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina, or Alaska.

SalesRabbit is growing, and we’re looking to hire a talented Technical Customer Support Specialist (also known as a Product Specialist) to join our team. You’ll be the go-to problem solver for our clients, resolving support tickets via phone, email, and chat, reporting bugs, and collaborating with other departments to create the best customer experience possible. Our mission? To help our clients succeed in field sales, and your role will be crucial in making that happen.

  • Technical proficiency with iOS, Android, and web applications.
  • Experience in technical support or help desk environments (preferably in SaaS).

  • Excellent communication skills—it's essential. You should be someone clients love to hear from because you’re smart, helpful, and composed under pressure.
  • An eye for detail and a strong team spirit—you'll work independently but always support your team.
  • A natural sense of empathy and patience to assist users of all technical levels.
  • Fun to be around—we believe work should be enjoyable too.

Bonus points (not required):

  • Experience in door-to-door sales (insider knowledge of our clients).
  • Experience in customer-facing roles like call centers, help desks, or tech support.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and outside-the-box thinking.
  • An interest in continuous learning—being proactive and efficient in solving problems will help you thrive here.
