About The Role

The Customer Support Specialist manages client and creator relationships, ensuring smooth business operations. You will serve as the main contact point for platform-related support and facilitate discussions on issues or new opportunities.

Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and agencies, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
  2. Onboarding & Support: Lead onboarding of new clients, guiding them through platform processes.
  3. Client/Creator Coordination: Act as the primary contact for clients and creators, ensuring timely delivery of video orders.
  4. Business Operations: Oversee daily platform-related operations, aligning with client goals.
  5. Finance Collaboration: Work with the finance team to ensure smooth financial transactions.
  6. Issue Resolution: Address client concerns and operational challenges promptly.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years experience in online customer support or business operations, preferably with international clients.
  • Strong communication skills for relationship building and clear conveyance of information.
  • Problem-solving mindset to proactively address challenges.
  • Experience with platforms like Intercom, Bubble, or similar backend systems is a plus.
