Job summary

CemSites in Perryopolis, PA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle pre-sale questions, technical support and gather customer feedback. You will be the friendly voice guiding users through our cemetery workflow tools, helping them visualize data, locate graves, and manage orders.

You’ll become an expert in our products, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teammates to deliver the best solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of customer/phone/chat support of software products and/or other computer technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via telephone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot technical problems for customers.
