Actalent is seeking a motivated Technical Service Representative to join the external Customer Service team. You will manage customer inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and drive timely resolutions while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires excellent communication skills, familiarity with lab industry trends, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment at our Minneapolis, MN location. Prior experience with Genesis software and LIMS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience required in a technical or service role.
• Familiarity with lab industry trends and testing processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build client relationships and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone or email within 24 hours.
• Manage complaints and escalations to resolution.
• Generate quotes for testing and dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and Sales for QBR support.
• Document customer interactions in Salesforce and monitor KPIs.
