Lithionics is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Clearwater, FL. This role blends technical acumen with sales and places you at the front lines of how we serve and grow our OEM, integrator, and distribution partners.

Ideal candidates are early-career engineers or technically proficient sales professionals looking to grow into Account Manager, Sales Engineer, or Business Development roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Sales, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years in technical customer-facing roles (inside sales, sales engineering, etc.)
• Experience with batteries, power electronics, or renewable energy preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for inbound customer inquiries about technical products, pricing, and solutions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Operations to translate customer requirements.
• Support Outside Sales and Account Managers in technical sales efforts.
• Assist with proposals, product configurations, pricing, and RFPs.
• Improve workflows and documentation through feedback.
