Job summary

Kelco Industries is seeking a Technical Customer Solutions Specialist in Woodstock, IL to act as the main liaison for customers, prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Logistics to meet delivery commitments.

You will review technical requirements, monitor orders, and communicate status while maintaining strong customer relationships and accurate records in company systems. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two to five years inside sales or order management in manufacturing preferred.
• Experience reviewing customer drawings and technical specs preferred.
• ERP/business systems and Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers via phone and email.
• Review RFQ requests, drawings, engineering specs, and requirements.
• Prepare quotations with pricing guidance to support profitability.
• Enter orders, verify part numbers, materials, pricing, and delivery.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, and Production on specs and capacity.
