Job summary

Renishaw is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Repairs to join our West Dundee, IL team. The role is an on-site, non-exempt position focused on accurate order processing, quotes, and customer communication.

You will interface with customers, Sales Managers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high service levels. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of customer service experience, strong Excel/Outlook skills, and an interest in manufacturing technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma and 3–5 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel; CRM and ERP systems preferred.
• Experience handling orders, quotes and customer inquiries with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and quotes received via fax, mail, email, phone, chat, or in person.
• Direct and expedite orders to meet customer requirements and delivery dates.
• Follow up on orders and coordinate returns and customer complaints.
• Confer with customers about products, pricing, shipping, and delays.
• Escalate issues to higher authorities and interface with internal/external customers.
