You will prepare quotes, process orders, coordinate with vendors, and assist customers with product selection and availability while supporting warehouse tasks and maintaining safety standards. The role emphasizes customer experience, product knowledge, and willingness to wear multiple hats to help the team meet goals and deliver exceptional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years customer service experience in same or similar industry preferred.
• Experience in welding and specialty gas environment is a plus.
• Strong math, analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and use computer software quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a wide variety of customer requests and resolve issues to exceed expectations.
• Provide on-the-spot creative solutions for industrial and specialty gas needs.
• Become an expert on CK Supply offerings through training and initiative.
• Organize and maintain showroom and retail areas for a pleasant customer experience.
• Assist Inside Sales and Warehouse as needed.
• Coordinate with Account Managers on pricing, leads and quotes, while following safety guidelines.
