Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Technical Cost Out (TCO) Lead to drive cross-functional cost optimization across materials, components, and processes. You will lead structured analyses, manage change and testing, and guide teams through insourcing and value engineering initiatives to deliver measurable savings in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8+ years of engineering experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record of multi-million dollar cost savings.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years experience in mechanical/materials/manufacturing engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience delivering multi-million dollar value engineering savings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate total cost optimization opportunities across materials and processes.
• Lead cross-functional teams through planning and execution of projects.
• Coordinate sample builds, trials, and testing; support change control processes.
• Manage end-to-end initiatives from opportunity to savings handover to operations.
