Competenze

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, engineering, operations or related technical roles.
• Foundational exposure to project management practices such as scheduling, task coordination, risk tracking and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams and external partners in a regulated product development environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Project Management certification, such as PMP or CAPM, is a plus but not required.

• Support cross-functional, multidisciplinary project teams in the execution of cost savings initiatives.
• Participate in cost savings ideation events and develop ideas into feasible projects.
• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables per established processes.
• Coordinate assigned project activities and track action items, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Support task assignment and follow-up with internal and external team members.
• Support achievement of project quality, cost, and schedule objectives while ensuring compliance with design controls and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare project status updates and contribute to risk, issue, and change management discussions.
