Job summary

Baxter is seeking a capable project professional to support cross-functional teams in delivering cost savings within a regulated medical device environment. You will help plan, budget, and track progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and compliance.

A PMP/CAPM is a plus but not required. The role emphasizes collaboration across global teams, strong communication, and attention to detail, with a flexible workplace policy that requires some in-person days at onsite locations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, engineering, operations, or other technical roles supporting product development or sustaining activities.
• Experience through a mix of full-time roles, internships, co-ops, or rotations.
• Foundational exposure to project management practices such as scheduling, task coordination, risk tracking, and project documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams and external partners within a regulated product development environment.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional, multidisciplinary project teams in the execution of cost savings initiatives.
• Participate in cost savings ideation events and develop ideas into feasible projects.
• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables per established processes.
• Coordinate assigned project activities and track action items, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
