Job summary

Baxter is seeking a hands-on Project Engineer/Coordinator to support design engineering cost savings initiatives in a regulated medical device environment. You will help plan, budget, schedule, and track progress across cross-functional teams to meet quality and compliance standards.

You will develop and maintain project plans, coordinate actions, manage risks, and contribute to cost savings deliverables while advancing your project leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, engineering, operations or similar roles.
• Experience supporting product development or sustaining activities in a regulated setting.
• Foundational exposure to scheduling, risk tracking and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional, multidisciplinary project teams in cost savings initiatives.
• Participate in ideation events and develop ideas into feasible projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities and track milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Support task assignment and follow-up with internal/external members.
• Ensure design controls and regulatory requirements are met during delivery.
