Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/industrial/manufacturing engineering or related field required.
• 8+ years in manufacturing engineering with leadership of teams and projects.
• Experience with regulated manufacturing environments and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead site project portfolio with governance, timelines, budgets and risk management.
• Define engineering roadmaps with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain and Ops.
• Build and coach a high-performing team of engineers and technicians.
• Drive process development, transfer and lean improvements for products.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, cGMP and Baxter standards.
