Job summary

LHH is partnering with a government client to appoint a Technical Content Specialist. You will work closely with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, trainers, and project teams to ensure a smooth adoption of the new platform.

You will develop user guides, training manuals, SOPs, and step-by-step guides with visuals to support rollout and ongoing use. Strong writing and collaboration skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience creating technical documentation, user guides, process documentation, or training materials.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and documentation management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive user guides, training manuals, process documentation, and SOPs for new software workflows.
• Create step-by-step how-to guides with screenshots, maps, and visuals.
• Collaborate with analysts, project managers, IT teams, and SMEs to document system processes.
• Translate complex system functionality into clear, audience-appropriate documentation.
