DocuWare is seeking a Technical Content Writer to support global teams with clear, accurate documentation and training materials. The role focuses on Knowledge Base Articles, internal guides, and training programs, with collaboration across regions (Americas, APAC, EMEA).

A hands-on role in knowledge management, content analytics, and onboarding is included. The position is hybrid, based out of Beacon, NY, offering growth in technical domains and exposure to CMS/KMS/LMS tools, with a focus on

Qualifications

• 4 years college degree in Communications Journalism and/or 3+ years of job experience in technical software troubleshooting.
• Solid working knowledge of subject matter.
• VMware proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates training for the Support Department, including classroom-style teaching, videos, or e-learning.
• Creates and maintains course content, manuals, or other training materials.
• Manage training documentation for the Support Department, including procedures, policies and compliance standards.
• Edit and proofread for grammar, clarity, technical accuracy, terminology, formatting and consistency.
• Adapt technical depth, terminology, tone and structure for IT professionals, customers, or non-technical users.
• Test, review, and update Knowledge Base Articles from the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions.
• Responds to comments added to Knowledge Base Articles and manage responses.
• Research and analyze low-performance KBAs and how to improve them.
• Provide monthly reports: KBAs published/unpublished/archived/ top-performing articles and site traffic.
• Conduct product and software introductions, demonstrations, and training sessions for new employees.
• Review and update training materials, guides, presentations, and resources as needed.
