Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with expertise in AI Agents, Integrations, Reports, Data Migration, AI-enabled HR solutions, and Workflow Automation. The candidate will design, develop, and support Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions while driving intelligent automation and digital HR transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support AI Agents, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, BIP/OTBI reports
• Configure and optimize Oracle BPM Workflows, and Process Automation.
• Support data migration, reporting, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable HCM solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices, security, and governance standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM technical experience.
