Winfo Solutions seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant to design, develop, and support AI-enabled HCM solutions and workflow automation, driving intelligent HR transformation.

The role requires 10+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM technical experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI/BI Publisher, APIs, and knowledge of Generative AI platforms. This is a hybrid, full-time position based in the USA (NJ/Dallas/Austin/Houston), collaborating with HR and IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM technical experience.
• Expertise in Oracle AI & Workflows is required.
• Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI/BI Publisher, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support AI Agents, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, and BI reports.
• Configure Oracle BPM Workflows and Process Automation.
• Assist data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable HCM solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices, security, and governance.
