Job summary

Linder Industrial Machinery Company is seeking a Technical Communicator to support its service operations by creating and organizing accurate technical information for technicians, service managers, and customers. This role serves as a bridge between Linder branches, OEM partners, and internal teams to enable efficient troubleshooting and high-quality customer support.

Key duties include updating service documentation, translating OEM updates into clear instructions, and ensuring documentation

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication to translate complex concepts into clear instructions.
Experience with heavy equipment systems such as Komatsu, BOMAG, DEUTZ‑Fahr, or similar.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF editing tools, and documentation systems.
Willingness to travel periodically to branch locations and OEM facilities.

Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain Linder-specific service documentation.
Translate OEM updates and service news into actionable technician instructions.
Ensure documents meet clarity, accuracy, branding, and version control standards.
Manage documentation libraries across all branches for current access.
