This role connects Linder branches, OEM partners, and internal teams to ensure effective troubleshooting and consistent service practices.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to translate complex mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical concepts into clear instructions.
• Experience with heavy equipment systems and OEM product lines.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and service manuals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF editing, and documentation systems.
• Excellent organization and accuracy, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain Linder-specific service documentation including troubleshooting guides, repair instructions, and SOPs.
• Translate OEM updates and field campaigns into clear instructions for technicians.
• Manage documentation libraries to ensure information is current and accessible across branches.
• Serve as technical liaison between OEMs, branches, and field technicians.
• Create training materials and support onboarding with accurate resources.
