• Build OCM program frameworks, templates, playbooks, intake processes, and success metrics.
• Own change strategy for major IT/enterprise initiatives including identity, device management, security controls, ERP migrations.
• Partner early with IT, EntOps, and Cyber leaders on impact, readiness, and risk.
• Run stakeholder analyses across engineering, manufacturing, flight ops, and corporate teams.
• Create communications, training, and enablement materials: FAQs, guides, videos, office hours, champions.
• Measure adoption with data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate release calendars to avoid disruption overload.
• Advocate for end users in technical decisions and ensure rollout readiness.
