Q2impact is seeking a Change Management Lead to drive adoption of a DoD Security Cooperation digital platform. You will plan and execute OCM activities, translate complex system capabilities into practical mission benefits, and bridge between technical teams and end users.
The role emphasizes communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption metrics, with opportunities to grow into program management and digital transformation leadership roles.
Competenze
- 3-6 years of experience in change management, communications, training, project management, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience working with DoD, federal programs, or large complex organizations.
- Active Secret Security Clearance; U.S. citizenship required; eligible to work in the United States.
Mansioni
- Plan and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy.
- Develop stakeholder engagement plans, communications, and training support.
- Create user-focused communications, newsletters, FAQs, and release notes.
- Coordinate user onboarding and training activities for new platform capabilities.
- Track adoption metrics and provide reports on progress and improvement opportunities.
