Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Staff Technical Change Manager to lead the people, adoption, and organizational aspects of major technical changes across PlayStation engineering. You will translate complex technical decisions into practical actions and drive sustained adoption across multiple teams and geographies.

This role requires strong change-management expertise, the ability to engage senior technical and business leaders, and the skill to build scalable change capabilities

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional organizational change within technology, engineering, digital, or technical environments.
• Strong technical fluency across modern software and technology environments; understand systems, platforms, architecture, integrations, and dependencies.
• Translate complex technical decisions into clear stakeholder impacts, adoption needs, communications, enablement plans, and actions.
• Deep knowledge of organizational change methods and tools; adapt and simplify methodologies as needed.
• Experience developing end-to-end change strategies including stakeholder analysis, readiness, communications, learning, adoption, and reinforcement.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, facilitate difficult conversations, and move decisions forward without direct authority.
• Create reusable frameworks, playbooks, tools, and guidance to scale change capability.

• Lead change strategy and execution for complex initiatives spanning teams, orgs, technologies, or geographies.
• Translate technical implementation plans into stakeholder impacts, readiness needs, adoption risks, and engagement strategies.
• Embed readiness into design and delivery to ensure sustained adoption and measurable business impact.
• Identify adoption barriers early and drive practical interventions that address behavior, process, or incentives.
• Define meaningful readiness and adoption metrics and adjust strategy based on data and feedback.
• Partner with engineers, architects, TPMs, product leaders, and executives to align changes with business goals.
