Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Organizational Change Management experience in large-scale transformation.
• Experience designing governance, stakeholder engagement, communications, and adoption frameworks.
• Ability to influence executive leaders and cross-functional partners without direct authority.
• Experience partnering with Finance, IT, HR and business leaders in matrixed organizations.
• Bachelor's degree and relevant change management certifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evolve the Organizational Change Management strategy for Finance Transformation.
• Develop enterprise OCM frameworks, governance, and reusable toolkits across initiatives.
• Lead Change Impact Assessments and governance for readiness and adoption planning.
• Engage executive sponsors and coach leaders on change leadership and messaging.
• Create sponsor coalition maps and drive alignment across workstreams.
