Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is seeking a Staff Technical Change Manager to lead the people, adoption, and organizational dimensions of complex technical change across PlayStation engineering and technology teams in Los Angeles. You will work with engineers, architects, TPMs, and product leaders to translate technical decisions into practical organizational actions and sustained adoption.

Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional organizational change within technology, engineering, digital, or technical environments.
Strong technical fluency across modern software and technology environments with the ability to discuss systems, platforms, architecture, integrations, workflows, and dependencies with technical leaders.
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear stakeholder impacts, adoption needs, communications, enablement plans, and actions.

Responsibilities

Lead change strategy and execution for complex initiatives spanning multiple teams, organizations, and geographies.
