Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Staff Technical Change Manager to lead people, adoption, and organizational aspects of complex technical change across PlayStation engineering and technology teams.

You will partner with technical leaders, architects, and delivery teams to translate technical decisions into practical action, build scalable change playbooks, and drive sustained adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional organizational change within technology or engineering.
• Strong technical fluency across modern software environments and architectures.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear stakeholder impacts and enablement plans.
• Experience developing end-to-end change strategies including readiness, communications, and adoption measurement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with executive storytelling ability and technical substance.
• Independent judgment to operate in ambiguous environments and adapt methodologies as needed.
• Ability to influence senior technical and business leaders and move decisions forward without direct authority.
